The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course runs for 8 weeks with each session being 2 hours long. It is based on the internationally recognised MBSR programme developed by Jon Kabat Zinn and offers a practical and experiential introduction to a range of mindfulness practices. Participants are guided through a lying down, sitting and walking meditation and also gentle mindful movement. Every week new skills are learned and there is the opportunity for discussion exploring different experiences and difficulties. The course also includes one whole day from 10.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.

An important part of the training is the home practice and three CD’s and a workbook are provided to support you. The teacher is also available by e mail or telephone to help you with any challenges you may be having with the home practice.

If you are experiencing severe depression, or are unable to commit to the home practice then I suggest you wait until your life is calmer.


ONE to ONE SESSIONS - I provide one to one sessions in the calm and relaxed surroundings of my home.  If you find groups challenging, or prefer a more individual approach then this could be the answer.  The sessions can be specifically focused around your needs.  Cost £340 inc vat for 6 sessions


LOCATION - ENFIELD NORTH LONDON - Small groups or 1 - 1 at my home, close to Enfield Chase, Enfield Town Stations and Oakwood Underground. Parking available in the road. Groups of 6-10 at Vita Pax, close to Oakwood Station with parking.
